Decision-Making Model of Mechanical Components in a Lean–Green Manufacturing System Based on Carbon Benefit and Its Application

The key to achieving low-carbon manufacturing is effectively reduce the carbon emissions of production systems and improve benefits. use lean green tools aids in measuring added value products, increases efficiency sustainability systems. To address this problem verify that synergetic relationship between innovation systems, a new evaluation indicator—carbon benefit—in was discussed. A decision-making model multiple processes aiming at benefit maximization, as well dynamic characteristics sustainable process improvements system, established. case study certain satellite dish parts line introduced analyze feasibility proposed model. After improvement, processing time unit reduced from 63 s 54 s. workstations were optimized again according lean–green concept, number by 37.5%. recombined 8 5 achieve continuous-flow processing.
